Only 2 days until the Passport To Fun event begins!

Today is Thursday, April 16. Rock Hill's annual Come-See-Me festival begins today. However, for you geocachers, the real excitement begins this Saturday! At 2pm, YoGO will host our "Geocaching: Passport To Fun" event (GC1P2YT) at the Cherry Park picnic shelter. This will be the kick-off event for a week-long geo-challenge.

Go to this page  and download the Passport. This passport will list the 16 new caches placed around Rock Hill. Each cache contains a code word. Enter that code word on your passport. If you successfully log at least 12 of the 16 caches listed, you can turn in your passport to receive your very own geocoin! These geocoins are trackable and have a unique icon on geocaching.com. We only have 100 coins available and only one coin will be available per geocaching.com account.

As a sneak preview, I will let you know that the kick-off event is one of the caches that will be on the passport. Make sure to be there at 3pm in order to get the code word!

See you all Saturday!
